Did not like the product you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a fashion product but change your mind later and decide not to wear it.
We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers.
A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase which will be valid till 6 months. Below are the 3 steps for returning your product.
- Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at support@estylish.in within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
- Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval. We will arrange the pickup. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer for orders below Rs. 249/- (excluding shipping charges) due to affordable nature of our products.
- Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund after discount/deduction which was applied at time of order. Shipping cost will not be refunded. There is no amount refund but we'll share the coupon code with you on email within 2 days from checking of package which you can use for future purchase valid for 6 months.
